A Note from Leah
Glow with Leah started with my own skin. After a facial treatment left me with burns and years of hyperpigmentation, I learned firsthand how much damage the wrong hands — or the wrong recommendation — can do. It also taught me what the right treatment, from someone who truly understands the skin, can restore.
That experience is why I never oversell a treatment, why every laser setting is customized to the person in front of me, and why I built this practice around skin health first, results second — because when you get the first part right, the second part follows.
I’m looking for people who feel the same way. Not someone chasing a quota, but someone who wants a patient to leave educated, confident, and genuinely better off than when they walked in. You’re curious about the science — collagen, the skin barrier, how light and energy actually change tissue — and you want to keep learning it.

Patients should feel cared for the moment they walk in. You bring genuine warmth to every interaction, not a script.
04 — Comfortable in a boutique
No big-corporate bureaucracy here. You’re self-directed, detail-oriented, and glad to help build systems as we grow.
Where You Might Fit In

Master Estheticians
You’ll work alongside Leah supporting laser and light treatments, pre- and post-care, and medical-grade skincare protocols — helping patients understand and maintain results between visits.
— Licensed esthetician, Florida-eligible
— Laser or medical spa experience preferred
— Genuine passion for skin health and education
Injectors — CRNA, NP, PA or MD
You’ll deliver neuromodulators, biostimulators, and dermal filler with restraint and precision, and may cross-train on our full Sciton platform — BBL HEROic, Moxi, and Halo Tribrid.
— Active Florida license (CRNA, NP, PA, or MD with injector training)
— Believes in natural, never-overdone results
— Comfortable building individualized treatment plans
